Autonomous Drone Challenge (ADC) (Register through G-Form below)
The Autonomous Drone Challenge (ADC), part of INSIGNIA 2025 at SDMCET, is a two-day event designed to push the boundaries of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technology and autonomous flight. On the first day, participants engage in a hands-on workshop to assemble and program their drones, gaining in-depth knowledge of drone systems and autonomous navigation. The second day features a competitive challenge where teams deploy their self-built drones to autonomously complete a mission-navigating a set course using GPS way-points and performing specific tasks at designated points, all without manual intervention. The ADC offers a platform for students from across India to showcase their technical skills, creativity, and teamwork in the rapidly evolving field of autonomous aerial robotics.
Note: It's a 2 day event and registrations close on 10th May
