Rules and regulation :

ID card is compulsory.
A team should comprise of 8+2 members.
Time duration of minimum 5 minutes + 3 minutes
Must be in Hindi/Kannada/English.
Team must report at least 15 minutes before the event.
Religious, racist sentiments should not be hurt.
Mics to be used backstage.
