Skit (Drama)

A skit is a short, engaging performance that combines humor, drama, or satire to convey a story or message. With lively characters and quick dialogue, it often highlights everyday situations or current issues in a light-hearted or thought-provoking way. The performance is typically compact, entertaining, and designed to leave a lasting impression.

Event Details

Rules and regulation:

ID card is compulsory.
A team should comprise of 10 + 5 participants.
Time duration is 12 minutes + 3 minutes
Play must be in Hindi / English / Kannada language.
They must report 15 minutes before event, backstage.
Use of makeup, drapery and background is allowed.
The event will be judged based on qualities like theme, acting and general impression.
Imitation of well-known personalities is allowed.
Due weightage will be given to props.
Religious, Racist and Caste sentiments should not be hurt.
Stage cleanliness and discipline should be maintained.
The decision of the Organizing Committee is final & participants must abide by it.
