Rules and regulation:

ID card is compulsory.
On spot registration are allowed
Maximum time duration is 3+2 minutes.
The character will be chosen by draw of lots(The Characters list will be revealed one day prior to the event).
The decision of the Organizing Committee is final and participants must abide by it.
